REALIZING THE AMERICAN
DREAM
Realizing the Homeownership Dream is a comprehensive
education and counseling institute that prepares potential homeowners with the skills
and tools to successfully acquire and maintain homes through mortgage preparations
that will address areas that have traditionally prevented homeownership:
An 8-hour program designed for the potential homeowner that may qualify
for Special financing through various Lending institutions, but because
of minor credit impairments or inadequate resources have been traditionally denied.
Upon completion of this program participants may qualify for lower interest rates
and/or down payment and closing cost assistance.
A 20-Hour program that provides additional comprehensive one-on-one counseling
that addresses more difficult credit impairments as well as other traditional
obstacles that have prevented potential homeowners from obtaining mortgage loans.
Upon completion of this program participants may qualify for lower interest rates
and/or down payment and closing cost assistance.
