• Fast Track program

An 8-hour program designed for the potential homeowner that may qualify for Special financing through various Lending institutions, but because of minor credit impairments or inadequate resources have been traditionally denied. Upon completion of this program participants may qualify for lower interest rates and/or down payment and closing cost assistance.  

• Home buyers Club

A 20-Hour program that provides additional comprehensive one-on-one counseling that addresses more difficult credit impairments as well as other traditional obstacles that have prevented potential homeowners from obtaining mortgage loans.  Upon completion of this program participants may qualify for lower interest rates and/or down payment and closing cost assistance.               

 Dynamic Concepts, LLC also offers potential sellers/investors and private note holders the ability to sell all or a portion of their privately held mortgage notes.  This is a program that enables investors/sellers and private note holder�s access to: 

o       Additional and immediate revenue for any purpose.   

o       An alternative to assist potential homeowners in Realizing the  Dream of Homeownership.
